Tag management training
After the training, your team makes tracking changes in Google Tag Manager itself, following clear rules. Sessions use your own container, remotely or in Munich.
Who it is for
Routing every change through an agency costs time. A container edited without rules puts data quality and privacy at risk. The training is aimed at marketing, analytics and development teams.
Content
Structure of Google Tag Manager: tags, triggers, variables, data layer
Google Analytics 4: events, parameters and key events
Testing in preview mode with Tag Assistant and in GA4 DebugView
Troubleshooting missing or duplicate data
Consent Mode v2 and consent in Tag Manager
Workspaces, versions, approvals and documentation
Where needed, we add server-side tagging, e-commerce tracking or ad platform connections.
Format
Training uses your own container rather than sample data, in short sessions that each end with a hands-on task. Scope and depth depend on prior knowledge and role.
After the training
Your team receives documentation with naming conventions and checklists for new tags. We stay available for questions and reviews of larger changes.
In the approval process, a second person reviews every change before publication.
