Prompt engineering and AI strategy consulting
An AI strategy sets out where AI pays off in your organisation, which tools to use and which rules apply.
Background
Most organisations already use AI, often without coordination. People use private accounts, and data ends up in unknown services. A ban rarely helps, because hardly anyone follows it.
Legal framework
Since February 2025, the EU AI Act has required organisations to ensure sufficient AI literacy among staff. Transparency duties and the GDPR may apply too. We map your use cases to the risk categories, which is no substitute for legal advice.
From use case to strategy
Inventory: repetitive, time-consuming tasks.
Assessment: benefit, effort and risk for each use case.
Tools: models and providers, including EU data residency.
Policy: which data may go where, and who signs off results.
Pilot: two to three use cases with a measurable goal.
You receive a roadmap with priorities, owners and a budget range for sign-off.
Prompts and workflows
Recurring tasks get prompt templates with a role, context, examples and a clear output format. Complex tasks become multi-step workflows such as research, draft and review. Test cases check that a prompt still holds up after a model change.
Training and tools
Workshops teach your team to use AI safely, matched to role and prior knowledge. For research, writing and quality assurance we use our own tool, mindflight, also in client projects.
